Senior Chorus, June 11th 2011 - Performing When David Heard by Eric Whitacre.

This was honestly the most beautiful moment I’ve had at my four years at LaGuardia. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the audience or the choir. Seeing our conductor, Ms. Ballard, begin to lose it during the piece made me realize how much this school has changed me, for the better. I appreciate music so much more now. I appreciate my friends and school. I appreciate Ms. Ballard for helping me become a better musician and worker in general.

I realized that this night was my favorite memory from all of high school. it’s amazing how music can move you. i’m the one crying a lot.
